Over 150 Chief Information Officers (CIO's) and leading managers of the Dutch ICT vendors were a part of the ceremony of the Innovation Awards (TIM). During the exclusive CIO Diner, with the theme "Burgundian", artists like Trijntje Oosterhuis & Charly Luske have entertained the audience.

TIMMIES
During the CIO Diner Show the TIM Awards 2012 have been awarded to the Most Innovative Leader, Company and Vendor. These Awards are an initiative of ICT Media and CIO Magazine, meant to stimulate leaders, companies and vendors to drive innovative projects. The Jury has selected ten nominees for each category based on pre-nominations. They will be invited to participate and when selected by the jury they have to present their innovative cases and results during a jurymeeting at the Bossche Boardroom.

The winners are:
Marcel van Galen, Qiy Foundation (Leader)
Athlon Car Lease (Company)
Raet (Vendor)

Raet was represented by Cees van den Heijkant and had the honour to compete against ASP4All and Qiy Foundation. Tijmen Mekel had the honour to receive the Award for the category Company. He thanked the whole team, and was proud to winn this Award.

Hennie Wesseling; "This is the Thougt Leader for 2012!". Marcel van Galen has won the Award for Leader.
